Element Description 
This field indicates the school codes being serviced by the destination point that will receive this ISIR transaction and identify which school originated the transaction. The appropriate ETI flag will be listed in your school codes position.
If the first byte of this field has a 1, then the federal school code listed in Federal School Code #1 did not generate transaction and is an ISIR Daily school. In addition, if the second byte of this field has a 0, then Federal School Code #2 generated transaction and is an ISIR Daily school. The field may be blank.
